Short Short Fiction was my award-winning blog that ran from 2005 until 2010.
The concept was simply to see if I could write a piece of short fiction based on that day’s particular word-of-the-day at Dictionary.com.
These stories were very rough drafts dreamed up, written and posted within a few hours. Polished gems they were not, but it was an excellent exercise in spontaneous writing to a random word prompt.
It showed there was a story idea in any kind of word…if you had the imagination.
I am now in the process of re-posting these stories, in chronological order, here.
